Swans to launch Wheelchair Football team

Swans continue to challenge the traditional sporting environment and will be launching a Wheelchair Football team in the WA Wheelchair Football League presented by WA All Abilities Football and the Swan Districts Football Club.

NAIDOC @ SWANS 2021

Swan Districts Football Club are proud to be hosting another big day at Steel Blue Oval during NAIDOC 2021 to celebrate the culture and history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Swans have organised four local Aboriginal businesses to be involved for the significant event. The public are welcomed to engage with the family friendly stalls throughout the day.

SWAN Districts showed just how far they have improved in the 2021 WAFL season by knocking off Subiaco at Leederville Oval on Saturday to strengthen their finals credentials.

Subiaco had enjoyed a great dominance over Swan Districts in recent years having won 12 straight matches against them coming into Saturday's clash, including seven in-a-row on their home turf at Leederville Oval.

Swans book spot in WAFLW Grand Final

HAVING been the standout team all season in the WAFLW competition, it's only fitting that Swan Districts booked a spot in the Grand Final this Sunday following a dominant preliminary final victory against Subiaco.
