360 Health + Community confirms long term partnership with Swans
360 Health + Community, who run the Street Doctor Clinic at Swans Community Health Hub every Wednesday and Friday at Steel Blue Oval, have now become a major partner of Swans integrated football team and social impact programs.
360 Health + Community’s CEO Gautam Gupta, along with CFO Darren Sumner and members of the Street Doctor team, announced the new 3-year partnership at Steel Blue Oval recently.
Swans Head of Social Impact, Matt Hewitson, said that the “partnership with 360 Health + Community and the Street Doctor over the last 12 months has already provided such an important connection to community for us as a club, and has enabled us to start to have an impact on improving the health and well-being of people in our community.”
“To have Gautam and his wonderful team of professionals here each week for the next 3 years and to help us deliver our integrated football program, means that we can do more to impact people in our community than we have ever been able to do before.”
The Street Doctor, which is funded to provide GP, Nursing and Pharmaceutical services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, plays a vital role in the overall health and well being in the community.
360’s CEO, Gautam Gupta said that “this is an important partnership for 360 Health + Community and the Street Doctor Clinic as it allows us to continue to provide an easily accessible, non-judgmental health service to the people who so desperately need it within our community,” said Gautam Gupta, CEO of 360 Health + Community.”
