Swan Districts Football Club confirms that the ANZAC Commemoration home game scheduled tomorrow will not proceed. We’ll wait until further notice from the WA Football Commission whether this fixture will be re-scheduled.

It’s important that our club support the requirements made by the State government to lock down and prevent any Covid-19 spread. It’s critical that we all play a role in helping those vulnerable people in our community.

Closing The Gap campaign is a Government built movement that was incorporated and launched in 2007. The purpose of Closing The Gap is to eliminate the gap of life expectancy between Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people to non-Indigenous.

Mikayla Bowen – an Eagle on the rise

At just 19 years of age, Mikayla Bowen already has an impressive list of accolades to her name. She won the Swan Districts Best & Fairest in 2016, was the club Captain when the Swans Youth Girls won the Premiership in 2017, captained the 2019 WA State 18s side, was named in the All-Australian team of 2019 and signed with the West Coast Eagles in January of that same year.
