The Swan Districts League side have ceased their 9-straight losing streak to South Fremantle in Round 6, stopping the clubs worst run of losses against the Bulldogs since the 1970s.
While the League and Reserves were both able to overcome their opponents, the Colts will be ruing their lost opportunities in front of goal, having had the chance to take home their second win of the season.

Sitting alongside the Australian and Aboriginal flags, the Torres Strait Island flag was raised at Steel Blue Oval in Bassendean today during the National Reconciliation Week matches against South Fremantle. With a big win this weekend, the Swan Districts Football Club could potentially leap into the top 5 on the 2022 WAFL ladder… the only thing standing in their way – the South Fremantle Bulldogs.
Having not been able to overcome them since 2017, South Freo have won the last nine encounters against the black and whites, which is their longest winning streak against the Swans since the 1970s.

Swans took on Ocean Ridge at Steel Blue on Saturday who are also in their first year in the integrated competition.
