Book Launch: Not ORDINARY LIVES “The Tribe” , Volume 2

More Than a Club: 16 Ordinary People, One Extraordinary Passion

What do a 95-year-old club immortal, a triple premiership player, a Serbian rugby international, a father of 12, two football mums, a recycling sorter, a ball legend, small business owners and a school principal have in common?

A love of their football club.

This collection of 16 short, semi-biographical memoirs celebrates everyday people whose passion, dedication, and spirit form the heart of a football club. From behind-the-scenes legends to on-field heroes, their stories are raw, real, and inspiring.

Because in every great club, it’s the people who make it extraordinary.

Told by someone who’s had the privilege of knowing them all, these tales capture the extraordinary impact of ordinary people bound by passion, purpose, and pride in their team.

Whether you’re part of a club or just love a great human story, this book reminds us: football is more than a game — it’s a way of life.

This is more than just a book launch – it’s a milestone moment:

  • 15th Anniversary of Swans’ epic one-point Premiership win over Claremont
  • Honouring Tallan Ames, this year’s Ball Legend and 2010 premiership player

And featuring other legends, leaders, and unsung heroes, including
