Oversee the physiotherapy program across both squads, managing injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and return-to-play planning. Requires a physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration, sports physio experience (ideally in football), and availability for training nights and match days.

Lead the strength and conditioning program for our WAFLW League squad, working closely with the Rogers S&C Coach to ensure a consistent, connected approach to athlete development across both levels.
Swans are looking for a candidate with a tertiary qualification in exercise science/sports science (or working towards), ASCA or ESSA accreditation preferred, and experience working with elite or semi-elite athletes, ideally in a football code.

Support the Head Coach across training design, game-day roles, and player development for either our League or Rogers squads.

Provides trainer support to our Rogers Cup (colts) squad, including strapping, massage, and general athlete care on training nights and match days, working alongside coaching and medical staff.
