New Swan Bar Seating
Swan Districts Football Club with assistance from the club’s Swansmen have installed new seating in the famous Swan Bar ready for the start of the 2025 WAFL Men’s and Women’s season.
The licensed Swan Bar has traditionally been a popular place for passionate Swans supporters to watch the game. The WAFL Men’s players often acknowledge the vocal support from the Swan Bar by thanking the supporters at the end of the game.
The 18 new aluminum bench seats significantly increase the Swan Bar seating capacity to over 100 providing a comfortable place on the flank to watch the game with or without a drink.
The club also purchased white picket fencing to enclose the licensed area that will only add to the appeal of being in the Swan Bar.
It’s another facility upgrade the result of fundraising by the Swansmen who have contributed over $2.2 million to the club since it started 40 years ago.
The Swansmen are an incorporated coterie group of the Swan Districts Football Club whose members share a strong common interest in the Club’s on field and off field success.
Its membership is diverse and ranges from retirees from all walks of life including tradesmen, small business owners, company directors and even young executives in the early stage of their career.
Swansmen membership costs only $35 which entitles members to attend a monthly dinner at the club with guest speakers, and exclusive access to the Swanmen Lounge (in front of the players interchange area) each home game.
