The result leaves Swan Districts in ninth position on the WAFL ladder with a 3-7 record by the end of Round 10.

Swans then kicked three of the first four goals of the second quarter as well from Lynch, Kohlmann and Otis Harvey to open up a 21-point advantage. With another before half-time to Blake Kelly, the home team was on top by three points still by half-time.

Swans then managed the first two goals of the final term from Jackson McLachlan and Jovan Petric to suddenly be back within a point, but the Eagles responded with two more goals and that was enough to secure the eventual seven-point win despite a fourth goal to Swan Districts from Lynch.
