Roanna Edwards Stepping Down from Swans Board

Roanna Edwards was appointed to the Swan Districts Board in November 2019. She transitioned to a new job recently, and regrettably for the club, couldn’t find the time she felt was required to perform her duties at the club to the level she expected.

“Ro, as she was fondly known around the club, provided a unique set of skills and experiences that helped drive the club’s strategic direction”, said club President Peter Hodyl.

“She brought a broad wealth of experience in marketing and communications, governance, strategy and community development, and will be sorely missed”.

Ro will remain a strong supporter of the club and will still help out as MC at various club functions.

The club’s Board will appoint a replacement Board member in due course.
