A new face in Onslow
Swans Onslow welcomes Toby Prunty to the team as our newest Social Impact Coordinator.
Toby brings a wealth of experience in football development, leadership, and community engagement to his role as Social Impact Coordinator at Swan Districts Football Club.
With a background spanning talent identification, program design, and youth leadership, Toby has worked across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia to create meaningful opportunities for young people through sport. His time with the Stephen Michael Foundation saw him lead innovative programs such as Rising Leaders 2.0, delivering education and wellbeing outcomes for at-risk youth across the Gascoyne and remote communities.
Before joining the Swans, Toby held key positions with WA Football and the South Fremantle Football Club, where he played a central role in developing emerging footballers and strengthening regional pathways into the WAFL system. A Level 2 AFL Silver Coach, Toby is passionate about using sport as a vehicle for personal growth and community connection.
“I try to continue to make a positive impact both on and off the field. Helping youth to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills to thrive in life.
His authentic, inclusive, and high-energy approach continues to inspire young people and make a lasting impact in every community he works with.
Toby’s motivation comes from seeing growth in individuals, in teams, and in communities. Whether it’s mentoring emerging footballers, guiding at-risk youth toward better opportunities, or supporting local clubs to build strong cultures, his purpose is to empower others to realise their potential and take pride in who they are.
