Swans Volunteer of the Month – October
The Swans Volunteer of the Month Award for October was recently presented to Phil Spencer for his role helping Operations at home games in support of Swan Districts Football Club.
Phil has been supporting SDFC for many years and is invaluable during home games at the Oval, he provides information & directions on game days and assists with erect marquees. Phil also helps set up and close down little league games during the season.
“Phil is always available to help out on match days and nothing is ever too much” said Swans Volunteer Coordinator Nathan Clarke.
Nathan’s role is to help recruit and induct new volunteers, organise social events and provide support to volunteers wherever needed. He can be contacted at volunteer@swandistrictsfc.com.
