New Faces in the All Abilities Team

The 2025 All Abilities season has seen new and returning faces to the team, and a proud coach.

From the season launch for the team in late April, to the upcoming Count Me In round, the All Abillities team have been training hard, and growing together.

So far this year the team has had eight debuts, each given a piece of Swans history. Each debut, for any team, is given a player specific numbered hat that indicated the long history of players before them, and where the debutant will fit in and remain for all of Swans history.

Swan Districts won the first match up against Curtin Uni Wesley, securing an 8 point win at Wyong Reserve. Round 2 saw Swans defeated by Kelmscott by 22 points.

With so much of the 2025 season ahead, Team Manager Laura Noonan shares her excitement.

“We have some players that have been here from day one and some new exciting players that have joined us this year, bringing along more skills and pace.

“One of our new talents will be coming down from Tom Price to play with us.

“We’re feeling positive and confident for the season ahead, it’s a great team atmosphere.

The feeling of excitement is shared.

“The team is excited by all the new faces, and the new friendships that this brings.” Leigh Farrow, Head Coach.

“I get great enjoyment from All Abilities football, it creates an environment that brings people together acorss many levels and they get the opportunity to meet new people and be apart of the Swans Family

“I am proud to be the coach of the All Abilities team
