Swan Districts helping develop junior coaches
Swan Districts has been engaged by the Metro Central Regional Development Council to deliver the Swan Districts RDC Coach Academy again in 2023.
Several junior clubs and their youth coaches have taken the opportunity to attend presentations delivered by Swan Districts management and coaching staff.
"Swan Districts and the Metro Central RDC have joined forces with a focus on improving junior coach development", said Swans Talent Manager Hayden Cobley.
"We also want to provide coaches and their clubs an opportunity to see the coaching environment here at Swans. Our club plays an active role in community coach development and wish to thank all of the youth aged coaches and their clubs who engaged in the Academy this season."
"We look forward to developing the program further in 2024."
