Re- elected to the Board in 2023 for a further 3 year term. Peter was first elected in 2012 and appointed President in 2014. Peter is a former premiership player and club captain at the club with a history in Bassendean and surrounds totalling over 50 years. With strong community values Peter believes everyone has an obligation to give back to the community as those before you have. Peter’s main priority is working closely with Swans board of management and an extremely talented team across all areas of the club to ensure the club remains competitive both on and off the field. Sustainability and building a very strong community focussed future are significant areas identified as critical to the future wellbeing of the club.
Peter’s paid employment is a Station Officer with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services. Peter also ran very successful businesses in Plumbing and Franchising before focusing on his role in emergency services.

Re- elected to the Board in 2022 for a further 3 year term. Andrew’s life time involvement with football commenced playing junior football in the Swans District for Swan View where he then progressed to playing for Swan Districts between 1986 – 1995 amassing 138 games and playing in the 1990 grand final victory. He was previously a board member from 2004 – 2009 and was reappointed to the current board in 2014. He is currently a Primary School Principal of a large metropolitan school of over 700 students, after completing a decade of Principal ship in the country. Andrew is also a Life Member of the Swan Districts Football Club, with his family having a long and distinguished connection to the club since the early 1980’s.

Re- elected to the Board in 2023 for a further 3 year term. Des is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Justice of the Peace. He recently retired following a 30 year career in the education industry being the Bursar/ Business Manager for a number of independent schools. Prior to that, Des worked in accounting positions for a number of businesses, including 5 years as the accountant for Swan Districts between 1981 and 1985. He has had a strong community and sporting involvement over many years including positions on numerous Boards and committees. Des has been a past President and member of the Swansmen Committee since 2013, and a member of the Past Players & Officials Association since 1985.

Kelley was appointed to the Board in 2024 for a two-year term. Over more than 40 years of working life, Kelley has been a high school physical education teacher, education officer for the Swan region, local business owner, and leader of not-for-profit and overseas community development agencies. She piloted an elite athlete program for AIS and WAIS, supporting athletes in preparing for and transitioning from elite sport to retirement. Today, she works in international and community development, travelling extensively across the Developing World.
Kelley is passionate about building autonomous, empowered communities with people development at the centre of all that we do. Whether at Steel Blue Oval, community ovals, or local schools, Kelley believes we need to find ways to engage young people and families in sport, where they learn about friendship, leadership, self-control, and better understand the contribution of sport to physical, mental, and social health.

Elected to the Board in 2024 for a 3-year term. John has been a Swans member since 1978 and has a long involvement with the Swan Districts Football Club Past Players and Officials Association serving on the Committee from 1995-2012 and as the Hon. Secretary from 2013-2025, receiving his Life Membership of the Association in 2006. John is also Chair of the Club’s Heritage and Memorabilia Committee whose main role is to maintain the Club’s history.
John’s working life has spanned over 50 years in various positions in private enterprise and latter in Federal and State government. He has worked in the Disability Services sector in the areas of Finance, Purchasing and Asset Management. Later moving to the Department of Premier and Cabined working in the Corporate and Business Services Division as the Client Liaison Officer IT, specialising in Finance E-Commerce systems. John has also worked as a Facilities and Project Manager for the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. This position oversaw the contract arrangements for the establishment of parliamentary electorate offices and managing these offices in areas of communication and security systems, equipment and OHS matters.
John obtained an Undergraduate degree in Social Science and a Post Graduate degree from Curtin University in Facilities Management. He also has a certificate in Effective Management through Fremantle TAFE.

With a professional career spanning over thirty years in public service, primarily in health administration, Rob brings extensive experience and leadership to Swan Districts. For the past seven years, he has served as an Assistant Director General within WA Health, overseeing a diverse and high-impact portfolio. His responsibilities have included the financial management of a $14 billion budget, system-wide performance management, oversight of some of the State’s largest and most high-profile Non-Government contracts, and stewardship of the WA Government’s most extensive data holdings.
Rob is ready to contribute his professional expertise, strong personal values, and integrity as a member of the Swans board. Committed to supporting the club’s continued excellence off the field, he is passionate about helping return the mighty black and whites to premiership success.

Jarrad joined Swan Districts Football Club in 2025 after more than a decade in senior leadership roles across the sporting, community and commercial sectors.
He spent 11 years at Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club in Victoria (2013 – 2024), including seven as Chief Operating Officer, where he led major facility redevelopments, governance reform and strong financial growth.
A results-driven sports and business executive, Jarrad has extensive experience in commercial operations, strategic growth, stakeholder management and community engagement.
He has a proven record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets, securing high-value sponsorships and leading large-scale sporting and community operations built on sustainable business models.
Before joining Swan Districts, Jarrad worked with private equity and investor groups such as Jagen, Salta Capital and InLogic, helping design digital transformation and growth strategies for sport, infrastructure and hospitality organisations.
His leadership combines strategic and commercial discipline with a strong community-first focus – driving both on-field performance and off-field social impact.
