Vale Glen Dehring

The Swan Districts Football Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former player, Glen Dehring, who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer last Saturday, aged just 54.

Glen was a talented all-round sportsman, excelling in both football and cricket and proudly hailed from our South West zone. Glen made a lasting impression during his time at the club, debuting as player 723 for Swans. A skilful rover and a true team player, he was loved and respected by everyone who had the pleasure of playing alongside him.

Glen’s passing at such a young age is an incredibly sad loss to the Swans community and to all who knew him.

Our thoughts are with Glen’s family, friends and former teammates during this difficult time.
