Swans Summer Football Camp at SBO

Swan Districts Football Club recently hosted a junior football clinic for players aged 10–13, bringing together more than 35 participants in a mixed group of boys and girls. The clinic provided a unique opportunity for young athletes to gain real insight from WAFL and WAFLW players and coaching staff, while focusing on skill development, testing, and learning what it takes to perform at the next level.

Throughout the clinic, participants were fully immersed in the sessions, showing strong engagement and enthusiasm during the draft style drills, all with a hint of good fun in-between. Players listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and took on board the feedback and advice shared by WAFL and WAFLW players and coaching staff. Their willingness to learn, apply instruction, and challenge themselves highlighted their eagerness to improve and take home their new skills and techniques to their junior clubs.
