Swans receive 10 brand new sports wheelchairs thanks to a partnership with Telethon

The Swan Districts Foundation have recently had 10 brand new sports wheelchairs delivered, thanks to a partnership with Telethon. The Telethon support enables Swans to deliver even more opportunity for young people to be included in initiatives that empower the community. Swans Sign New WAFLW Senior Coach
