New Swan Districts WAFLW coach Ben Bowness is not only excited to be about to lead the black-and-whites into the 2024 season, but couldn't be happier with how the pre-season preparation has gone.

Swan Districts has signed 23-year-old ex Richmond AFL player Sydney Stack.

Stack was recruited by Richmond from Perth Football Club in 2019 and played 35 AFL games in four seasons before being delisted.
